HDSN has been training Primary Health Care Workers (AHW, HA and ANM, Staff Nurses) in Oral Urgent Treatment where the trainees will be able to diagnose oral health problems and provide emergency treatment to the needy. They will also be able to refer those cases that require attention plus in terms of intervention they will be equipped to provide extraction to the needy in their own settings.

HDSN will work in the field of education. It will focus on programmes aimed at uplifting the health and oral health status of school children. It will also be focussing on providing support to the needy students in the form of scholarships. As the base of a students development will be highly dependent upon the learning environment, HDSN will also be working hand in hand with the schools and teaching institutions for improving their internal as well as external environment.
